Self-pay prices for a comprehensive eye exam is $109 & emergency exam $120.

Patients will be notified prior to their appointments of any problems/questions pertaining to their coverage. If you do not see your plan listed here, please give us a call and we would be happy to assist you. Our staff is also always available to answer any questions regarding your benefits.
